Postal Vote Changes 4.9 Rules |
The results of the postal vote were: |
Weight |
Boat weight cat rigged boats - 60% in favour of a change to 100Kg mimimum. |
Mast |
All newly registered boats (after 1 April 2009) must carry the standard "super wing" (sloop) mast - 80% in favour. |
Trapeze |
The trapeze lines may be rope or wire and shall have a minimum breaking strain of 320kg. Wire shall be a minimum of 2.0mm dia. and of 1x19 construction. Rope shall be a minimum of 2.5mm dia. - 80% in favour. |
Championship Rules |
The championship rules were voted on at the Nationals to vary the course diagram to reflect current practice in the class. Addition of rounding mark below gate at the finish. |
