From Colin Andrew - I have 10 from 15 vote forms back all agreeing to the changes, so it's a majority vote yes to the rule changes. |
I have forwarded this info back to A.H.P.C and am awaiting the official word and how it will be finalised and implemented. |
The Vic States saw four 5.7's (2 with kite and 2 without) and 1 Capricorn at Frankston last weekend (yes more than the nationals!) |
Next in the diary is the Bulleen-Mary Easter regatta, there will be at least 3, 5.7's there from Vic. So if anyone's thinking of coming over or down let me know. |

I will be asking the Taipan web site to put a 5.7 section in with 5.7 tips and tricks, photos and any other info that would be useful to us to share. |
For this to work it will need some input from us all, so if you could start to think about some useful tips and send them through to the web host there it will help us all as well as promote our class for anyone thinking of buying (or Selling). |
BTW. there are currently 4 5.7s for sale, so if you have anyone interested in the class let me know, |
